Also, poppy crops are doing outstandingly well in places the USA is fighting terrorism.. And Heroin has taken over as the street poison of choice in the states. Coincidental, right?

Drugs are fine, gov't are bad.
 
What a cowardly act, it sickens me to think that people like this exist. My prayers and thoughts go out to the French and all affected by this horrible tragedy. I think we have reached an impasse with these terrorist cowards and it's time to put the smack down on them to show that we will not negotiate or back down to such acts.

You guys are missing the obvious. USINT runs isis. They want syria toppled and refilled with different puppets, so they have isis in there to do it since they cant get backing for a 'real' war where they can send you and your kids off to die for their agenda.

Russia got tired of this, and in a month has wrecked our little proxy army tumor in the area, and everyone around there is able to see that the USA was actually helping 'isis', not bombing them like they said for thr past year. Mostly syrian infastructure and gov't foorces were bombed. Hmm.. So everyone in the area is saying they want the US to GTFO. They are having a meeting today in paris to discuss this very thing. Hmm... They were going to talk about the whole syria thing, and probably tell the US to do just that. We're not invited, but we want the area under our control.. Isnt it funny that the day before this meeting, some stupid merc ragheads rolled up in france and wasted a bunch of folk.

Seems to go a long way toward illustrating just how far some factions will go to keep an area under their control. Now the US can say that the russians stirred this retaliation up because they are killing ISIS in syria, and try to get 'official UN support' to go into syria with real war against russia AND assad.. Mates right up to the plane getting took down too, if it was actually taken down and didnt have a failure induced by a tailstrike. Or lack of maintenance. They want to war with Russia.. I dont know why, other than the same reasons we fought ww1 and ww2. Bankers' wars, debt restructuring, resource domination...

Thanks for your comment, Tim. I only see what should be so obvious to most people. Unarmed citizens are merely sheep awaiting slaughter. By whatever evil comes their way. I have been studying terrorism since it began in the 1970's with Baade-Meinhof; The Red Brigades; and the same bastards who were the parent's of those fellows currently murdering innocents in France, and elsewhere. I hope even the most dewy eyed liberal is shocked into action by recent - and certainly, future events. Guard you borders, Western civilization!

I've watched this as it unfolded yesterday.... Continued listening to the developments on French radio all day (thank you Internet ). I'm glad to see that 911 hasn't numbed me to this type of event. I'm thoroughly disgusted by this, though not surprised at all. I think France is gearing up to get into this fight in a major way. However, I don't know how they will be able to deal with their home grown terrorists.

My prayers and thoughts go out to all affected by this. These barbarians need to be stopped. We need to assist whoever is going to be out there, fighting them. The greater challenge won't be defeating the enemy, but destroying an ideology. As long as that is out there, there are no real victories.....
 
Unfortunately, Europe is learning what the US learned just before WW2. You can ignore the rest of the world and sing Kumbyyah so long. Sooner or later, some one will pick a fight with you just to see how big your testicles are.

No offense to anyone over there...My hearts with ya, but ya better figure out that a disarmed citizenry ain't a good thing.
 
I live 26 miles from Boston, in fact the Boston Marathon starting line is in the center of my town. After having gone through the marathon bombings, I can say this: NOBODY here was terrorized, they were wicked pissed off! The one thing that these terrorists will never understand, is that when they launch these cowardly attacks on the innocent, everyone bands together and becomes stronger. Here in Boston it was fortunate that the police got these two instead of the local citizens!
The gun free zones created in Europe just create safe hunting grounds for this type of terrorist activity, while here in the US there is always the threat of armed resistance by the local citizenry. Not that the radical Muslims won't try it here, but I doubt they would last very long before someone carrying returned fire. All the more reason to support our 2nd Amendment rights! It almost certainly has to be a deterrent.

The situation in Syria is very complicated.
You have the Assad regime, you have the retarded fundamentalist and you have the moderated Syrian rebels and Kurds supported by the west.
Despite all the horror done by Isis and other fundamental groups the big majority of the civilians are killed by the Assad regime.
Now the Assad regime was loosing ground the Russians came to their aid and attacked all opposing groups and especially the more moderate forces.
Since Russia has annexed Crimea from Ukraine they became more and more internationally isolated and they can not afford to loose one of their rare allies in the region.

As a side note
I have seen many documentaries about the region and one thing strikes me.
They are jealous on the freedom and wealth of America and Europe but are not capable to achieve the same level of freedom and democratic society because of their cultural background and belief system.
A democratic system with individual freedom and rights just doesn't work in this part of the world. (maybe over 100 years?)
Because of this they hate America, call them depraved and tell themselves they are morally superior in order to cope with their situation.
Very sad.
 
the lack of borders and the flood of syrians into europe has changed europe forever , this is going to be the norm for quite a long time, its going to get a lot worse before it gets any better.my heart gos out to the french and to europe as a whole.i have made my home in the heart of europe for the last 34 years and the change form a lots of proud countrys into a nation of nothing has been a sad one to watch, whatever the EU hoped to create the cost as i see it is way too high

Putin made a deal with Obama, and the UN, to help attack ISIS. He lied. His only intent was to help the local dictator, his ally. Putin's forces are bombing US backed rebels, not ISIS. Russians diplomats, apparently, told their U.S. counterparts to get their assets out of the region because they (Russian) were going to bomb the place.... They gave a 1 hour delay to comply. U.S. backed rebels were bombed. These are amongst the few remaining US allies in the area. I believe that Putin thinks that the U.S. has got no cojones....

The first video is from a French news network that seems to cater to anglophones.... Interesting to have news from a non North American source. They, sometimes, have accesses that we don't have.
 
1. Do not deprive people of their natural, god given right to protect themselves and give them the right to own/carry whatever tools they need to do so. Survival never was, is not, and never will be a gaurentee. Ultimately, survival is only the responsibility of those that wish to survive. Study, train, equip and prepare.

2. Stop the political correctness and deal with the real problem. Muslim extremism threatens the whole world. Call it whatever terrorist organism you like, the Muslim extremist ideology is dangerous and the longer we wait to take real action the worst it will be. Ever ask why the Nazi's were not stopped before they gained power... History repeats itself.

3. Stop crippling the armed forces with rediculious rules of engagement. War is ugly and innocent will die. Don't waste the sweat, blood and lives of our beloved soldiers if we are not going all in. War is no place for sheep or the media/politicians that serve them. I have no doubt that our nations warriors would obliterate Isis with in a few months if they were freed and allowed to do so.

PRAY FOR PEACE, PREPARE FOR WAR.
