ok found another item to send out to you guys/gals. well, actually made it. a firesteel with osage orange handle. been putting a few together. has nice little brass tube/lanyard hole. does have a tiny crack in handle but epoxied and will not come apart-tho its is visable...nevertheless a nice tool.

What are the measurements on it?
 
5/16" dia and about 4' long, maybe a tad longer(at the shop not here so cant measure exact length)

Sorry, is that 4 inches including the handle? n I have a very small space to accommodate it and if it is more than 4.25 inches it won't fit, so I would leave it for someone else.
 
captn-will get out the ole tape measure when i get to the shop this afternoon and let ya know this evening. yeah that 4fter would be a might to haul in the woods...:)
 
heya capt-that firesteel with handle is right at 4 1/4". yrs if ya want it.

heres a pic
not yet done. need to get the finish on and clean up that brass tube/lanyard hole.
the flaw is readily apparent

Looks bad ass! I will take you up on that. I like flaws. They give things character. Gonna pm you my addy now.
 
I was just rooting around in one of my cupboards and found this Linksys wireless adapter. I don't have the DC adapter for it but those are a dime a dozen. I will ship it with a small blue network cable.

Not interested but wondering is that like a bridge? or an acces point? or a reciever?
 
are any flashlights available? i dont have any kind of light source right now for camping, or some survival bracelets!!! Ill join inm, I have a fisher space pen bullet ill give out when i dig it out of the tool box.
