Raindog, I'd love those 16340's, I have several 18650's and a few 17650's but zero 16340's so in all my single cell lghts i have to use CR123 primaries.

If you want to send me 2 and leave the other 2 for someone else that'd be cool too. Thanks!

I might do that. I'll tell you what, I'll wait to see if anyone claims the other 2 by tonight. If they're still here tomorrow AM, then you get all 4. Deal?

Aww man, I'm a sucker for good hats. I'd like to claim the 5.11 if possible. Thanks

It's yours. It's definitely a quality hat, just not for me, as I stated.

If you guys could send along your addresses via email or PM, I'd appreciate it. I had a full PM inbox, so I had to delete a lot of addresses from prior mailings.

Not an offer, just a thank you to Cereal_killer for his "sage" advice ;). Took a trip over to GPKnives and picked one up today. And couldn't leave the store without feeding my Hogue obsession, yet again.

Lol, they really are under rated IMO. Maybe we can work out a pass around between us down the road.

Sounds like a plan, maybe after deer season, or even after the Holidays when I can really take time to enjoy it better.

Egnar T. Seinnhoj: I received the OSO Sweet today. It is a great knife; thanks for passing it on. Also thanks to Gung_ho for passing it up.

I would like to pay forward a Kershaw Chive. It is an older model (from 2004--I bought it used), and it has a little lock rock. But the spring assist works, and the overall condition is pretty good.

(Sorry, no pics.) Please give at least as much as you get. Email me at editor at boardmancamera dot com to claim it.

I miss my EX01. I'm going to have to pick up another. Very smooth knife and a good value IMO. I love their Tanto shape also.

NICE! You definitely made the right decision! So will it be a normal EDC or a "gentleman's" carry or what's the intended use?

Going to be my EDC for the next month, to really learn what it is capable of. I can't envision a scenario where it won't be easy to carry, even in my waistband. Think it will be a great contrast after carrying the DUA for a month.

New offer:

Buck 766 Revel, blue. Neat little push button locking/deployment mechanism that this southpaw can't find a way to use. Missing the pocket clip but in good used shape otherwise.

I'll pick a recipient in two days to discourage racing (good idea Lionesser), and it won't be someone who frequently takes without giving.

Agreed, i have an EX03 on the way from the great green river that flows through south america, it is $50 cheaper than the 01, am curious as to how it will compare.

I just traded mine off and I have the same exact feeling.

I loved just about everything about it, I can think of things that could be better about it but nothing I wasn't happy with.

I'd say so.

What's your stance on the choil? I like 'em, and almost always use it on knives that have one, but I've never thought "man I wish this knife had a bunch less cutting edge so I could choke up on the blade" lol. I'd assume you have to like it somewhat having just bought a sage but what's your preferred method so far, 50/50 choil or full grip?

Raindog! this is my first post in one of these threads, as i have been looking around the past few days for some stuff to give, but i would love to get a set of those 16340's!

let me know if they are still up! and should I pm you?

Full grip for me, not that the choil bothers me. There are a few cutting tasks where i would choke up on the blade, so it will be good for that. Also i like that it protects my thumb from accidentally closing the blade on it a bit. I like the looks of this knife, seems sheeple friendly too

Great news about the bike!

Oh on the arrows you can turn the nocks so the vanes line up however you like, just grab it with a pair if pliers and twist (think they only turn in one direction, you'll figure it out :))
