I know it's been a few days since I've checked in on here and a few days past the promised shipping date.
I wanted to come on and explain that I have been caught up with work and being in the process of moving, I haven't had internet access in a few days, so no access to emails or addresses as well.
If everyone can send their addresses, I will get the watch and lanyards out tomorrow, no later than Tuesday.

Very sorry for the inconvenience. =/

I'm now in the new apartment, so things are a little less hectic, and our internet is set up now, so now I have all the access I need.

In honor of my brother and sister veterans, I'd like to offer this up, but with 2 conditions. Well, one condition and one request.
1. Must be Active or prior service military
2. Send a pic wearing it that I can use on my site (face/identifying features does not have to be showing).

it's sized to fit an 8" wrist. #2 won't be a deciding factor in recipient. I would like to choose a random name rather than 1st reply, I'll do so around 2030 EST on 11th.

Well I got the call and I start my new job in a week. I'll try to get items mailed out this week but I'm going to be super busy preparing so my apologies if I don't find the time.
 
Ugh, I should not have read through page 22. Now I'm hungry for steak AND a new Spyderco.

As promised but delayed. First off, the awesome little custom bush blade that Raindog sent to me. I really enjoy this thing, but it isn't going to displace my ESEE and BK users, so I want it to go to someone who really enjoys camping and needs a fixed blade. I'd prefer it to be someone who has contributed but hasn't claimed much or anything.

Also, I'm throwing in pics of the Svord Peasant, which I know Whet will not keep despite my intent haha, and just for fun, some pics of my mini Bushlore. The Bushlore is NOT for PIF. Whet is just giving it a test run and I thought the pics would be nice.

I have smallish medium hands, so you can see it is a somewhat 3-4 finger handle. Anyway, I'm also gonna toss in a little scrap blade, one that I liked the style of when I made it, but didn't think it worth the effort of getting the aged pitting off the surface, so I rounded the edges and left it as is. This is for whoever wants it. If you don't like it, toss it haha.

Sorry bout the slightly blurry pics. My cell cam changed settings and there is a delay I haven't worked out of it yet.
 
thats a badass blade! (the custom)

and svords are fun! for my father and I, i made new scales for a couple svords. they look semi-custom with micarta scales!

I've given more than I claimed, but haven't yet reached the amount of stuff some of the other guys have...but I do camp, don't have a decent fixed blade yet (was hoping Santa would bring a Becker BK2) and I have been drooling over that knife for some time now...

Thank you both! I usually make a (simpler) version of this, and hand them out at the Memorial Park where my wife's grandfather is laid to rest. They do the Honor Guard presentation every Veterans day, and this is the second one since her grandpop passed. Usually wipes any money I make on selling them from Sept and October, but the man was closer to me than my own father (though he always broke my balls for being Army and not Navy), so it's worth it to me.

It's yours man. I thought it would be less work to take care of the pitting. I love using old tools to make knives. Loved the shape but it didn't turn out as good as the other stuff I was doing at the time. I didn't have a belt sander then haha. Just email me your address and something about the knife to cue my memory lol. Use the gmail in my profile or I might lose track.
