Pay It Forward -- it's been a while

I'd like to throw up an aluminum tag with the username of the claimer hand stamped into it.

Here's an example of my work.

That sounds fantastic! Could I claim one? I use this username all over!

Yeah, it's a great knife, the handle is about a half inch too short.

I'm okay with sending it to blackwater if Quiet is okay with it. Looks like he claims a Gerber MT but that he was planning on giving it away.
Hey brother, it's your knife! I'm sorry it wasn't to your taste, but am glad to see you offering it for someone else to try! Keep the good times rolling 👍

He keeps claiming for others and if they are interested I think they should sign up and ask here themselves.,

Yah I noticed that too. I didn't think people should be asking for so many things. There was also another guy that claimed 5 things and offered barely anything back. And before anybody mentions it, I did receive a Cryo from DBK45 that I love and carry every day. I would have gotten something to offer in turn, but my dad has been out of work so I used the money I earned from helping my uncle to pay for mom's car insurance and some groceries.

Sent out alotnof knives here and not looking for praise or even a thanks but wtf how about hey I received the knife. Haven't see a few that claimed from me put up a damn thing will be very selective on my next go around for sure. And to the people that have acknowledged getting a knife right on.

I have to agree GB. Doesn't take much to post a thank you, does it??
On the other hand, I've given away 7 knives and each member has stayed in touch! I have been profusely thanked again and again!
Know what??? It feels fantastic and those who received these generous gifts should take 10 seconds and post a thank you. It is the least an appreciative person can do.

Right on I think that's awesome I have people that haven't paid anything back or even told me hey I received the knife ya gave me. Heck I don't even care about the thanks I just would like to get people into knives that maybe don't know a lot about them. I've sent a lot of knives on my dime and to not say hey I got it is bs just saying.

I can't agree more my friend. When my kids were 4 years old they learned to say thank you when they got a gift.
Asking for a little show of gratitude isn't asking that much.
I also shipped everything on my dime......and every person I gifted to tried insisting to pay for it.
I guess I got lucky with the people I gave to. One guy got an Endura for a fishing knife for his younger brother. He has sent me a bunch of pics of that boy with a huge shit eating grin on his face holding HIS own Spydie!!! I get a silly smile on my face just thinking about it!!!
Talking to you Enrique!!!! Can't even describe the feeling I got!!!
Another has sent me an email every couple days......we just shoot the shit and got to know each other!!
For me, that's what this is all about.
Shame on grown adults not knowing this and acting on it.
BUT!!!!! GB.......do not let it change your outlook!! We gave from the heart my friend!!
Sorry for ranting.
Joe
