Pay Pal Only.........

I can't see why someone would not trust a money order. Simply put that in and of itself is like not trusting a guaranteed check.
I'm from PA and Amish quilts are quite pricey, an Amish family got burned for 2K accepting U.S.P.S. Money Orders.
If you're thinking, oh uneducated, simpleton Amish..
Same counterfeiters got regular English merchants for 1,800.00 earlier that day.
English are what the Amish call regular folk.

I'm a lot more concerned with who I'm paying than how I'm paying. It's why I barely even look at production knives in the exchange. Those make up the majority of my knife purchases but the, usually fairly small, savings don't make up for the risk for me.

I had paypal and dumped it due to loading fees. I use USPO mo. I am willing to send first and wait. I have never heard of the Post office not having adequate cash; thats rediculous if true. My wife worked at a bank for years and said there were many instances of Paypal double charges and worse. This may have been fixed, I don't know. If you don't want my USPO mo then you can keep your knife. Less opportunities for me to feed my knife addiction is a good thing, I think.:p

Here is a PayPal experience, $800 field glasses for sale, customer buys them, Paypal transaction goes through as it's supposed to, a while later, (after the glasses are shipped) the money is on hold, because of buyer complaint.......PayPal refunds the money to protect the buyer, no problem, he ships then back and PP can return the money everyone is happy.......so when I open my returned product, I have a different and broken set of field glasses that couldn't bring $30 new, and nothing I can do, PP protects the buyer, so PP is a goner here.

It is true and yes it is ridiculous but every time i bring a money order there not once was i able to cash it the first time. Come back later is what i here every time .

It is illegal? or against PayPal rules?
It must be against the rules. I know people can get into serious trrouble.

That is pretty sad. I remember hearing a couple years ago of an increase in counterfeiters specifically with money orders.

then I must be very lucky. I have been taking them for over 15 years and never had a bad one yet.

Take pictures before shipment. Use a tracking number. And send detail pictures of the item to Paypal and take pictures of what you received.

If you have a good reputation on Ebay or Paypal, they will refund both parties.

I thought I was screwed on a $2,500 laptop once (Precision M6600) but with the pictures and videos I had of it working before hand paypal had no choice but to reimburse me.

This kind of thing is why I refuse to deal with PP, and of course don't forget their vehemently anti-firearm policies. I realize that it will at times affect my available choices when it comes to buying or selling on forums, but that is acceptable to me to avoid supporting this "prohibition by proxy".

I just active my paypal account. I did not link it to my bank account like the last time. I link it to a credit card. I can spend money but I can't take it.

I heard about a web site called paypalsucks.com it is suppose to have nothing be bad feed back about paypal and how people got screwed over by them. I have never look it up. and no there is nothing to buy or sell on this web site.
