Commemorative cups are quite interesting.
They're basically a more robust version of a Solo cup and double walled. I brought a few home to see how they hold up.
Should keep the beer colder longer. Be great for the beach: http://primeproductsinc.net/the-cup-party-cup-3/

When the skeeters have balls bigger than a ladybug, it's time to move.

The skeeter's balls are bigger than the ladybug's balls, or the whole ladybug?

To keep the skeeters off, cover yourself with a thick layer of peanut butter. Just stay clear of WW.

The latter. The former would have been "when the skeeters have balls bigger than a ladybug's."

Here's the band we got to see tonight. They were young and raw and a lot of fun. I liked this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xa7eR2D6FM&t=26m22s

ETA:

Just don't get near an anthill!

I have a knife roll with a handle that holds 50 and two Sack-Ups that hold 18 each. Hmmmm. I think I have too many knives. I gave one of my Kershaw Cryos to my son because he said he really liked it. When I told him he could have whatever else he wanted from my collection, he said that one was enough! almost made me set up a DNA test.
This was funny. I decided to post it in snark because I didn't want to gum up the works in the folders thread. And you do have too many knives. You should send some to me. I don't have nearly that many.....but I still need to get another case for all those poor orphans.

Saturday night and its still 104° out, our room is upstairs and its even hotter... I saw my vegetable garden wilt over as the day went on, I thought I lost my whole garden today. I waited till the sun went down a bit and flooded out the whole area and watered down the leaves.. the leaves are up and alive. They must get droopy and thin out as a defense mechanism against the heat...

Can't wait for that BK kukri to hit the shelves! We gonna get first dibs on any?

Back from the party. Had a pretty good time. Lots of alcohol, lots of music... A WHOLE LOT of food... I mean seriously, there was probably around 25-30 people there... And there was enough food to feed over 100 people. A real chef came and catered the party... You'd think he was feeding half the city LOL... but the food was excellent.

Me and my wife were 2 of the youngest people there as well, her co-worker just turned 45 and the average age was around 40-50. Which i was really happy about honestly... They were a lot calmer and more down to earth than a bunch of young punks partying.... I know i use to be one of those young punks LOL.

Hope everyone had a great Saturday.

I wish my Father-in-Law thought like that my daughters worship him and he rides a Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 classic
No helmet and sandals,. Acordding to him only wimps wear headgear.
If I ever get my endorsement it will be jeans , boots , best helmet I can find and possible a leather jacket at the least Long sleave shirt. He says I'm a chicken I say better live chicken the dead duck.

back when I had a bike I always wore full face helmet, heavy leather boots, levi's, a field jacket, and heavy leather gauntlet style gloves for the extra coverage at the wrist.
the evening I got run off the interstate I was doing more than 70 when I locked the back brakes, fishtailed, got it back under control, then hit a patch of sand leftover from the last snow. Front wheel locked up about the time I ran out of sand - flipped the bike, bounced and rolled down the pavement for about 100 yards, shredded everything I was wearing, walked away from the accident.
The lady who did it told the cops she knew I was there and changed lanes so I could pass her easier. unfortunately for me, she didn't use any turn signals and I was passing her at the time she changed lanes -- my choice was hit the brakes hard or get my leg removed by the station wagon she was driving.
I was the biker with a military haircut, so I got hauled to the cop shop. :( (27 years later, I am still not a fan of Junction City, Ks)

had I not been wearing all the stuff I was, I probably wouldn't even have been good material for organ donation.

Making my way through the summer flavors, Murph.
