It's by Sam Owens. It's the knife the new Spyderco something or other is based on. I'm sure Sal can answer more questions. This one is one of the prototypes. I got it from a guy that I met through Ethan while in the Pit at Blade.

Watched your video WW, that's definetly the coolest kitchen knife I've seen, awesome job JT, I trying to talk my mom into getting one.

Going to SMKW tomorrow, tryin to decide what I want to get, hmmm....

So anyone here use skype? Im trying to figure out if there is a way to make the "phone" ring even when im watching shows or movies on my computer.... I get voicemails but it never even rings if im watching something online... Frustrating at times.... Cant complain too much for the price though LOL
 
Need some help.

My family and I are traveling/driving cross country (I'll end up staying east when the family will come back west). My wife asked me to inquire with you all.....what are some good places to visit/see or places to eat? Her parameters were: Traveling I-90 east from South Dakota to Massachusetts. This route takes us through: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts.

We can't really deviate for more than a few hours north or south of the east/west route......for example....as much as I want to see all the gang violence, and dodge some bullets, and laugh at the two inch knife blades while choking down some pizza in the Chicago area, I must admit, I really don't have time for it. ;)

Thanks for any ideas.

You will be coming through or near the Philadelphia area... No knives allowed in the city at all to laugh at, but still all those other things your "missing" from not visiting Chicago :D

If you come through here and want to try a real authentic Philly cheese steak... Pats, Geno's, and Tony Luke's are all pretty good... Max's is a short walk from my house though and i love their steaks.... Not "pretty" but delicious..... Just dont ask for a large if your by yourself, the large is like 2 feet PLUS long....

Like i said not pretty... But with cheese wiz, onion and peppers they are DELICIOUS.

It's a beautiful blade but I know almost NOTHING about it. I did just take it to a 35° inclusive edge but that is cause I was informed this thing is supposed to be a wicked slicer... Which... HOLY MOTHER OF ALL THAT IS GOOD! It is. I "tested" the edge on my arm and the hairs were LEAPING to their deaths off the arm.

I'm looking forward to trying the knife, however I leave Wednesday for GLIB (will be gone for a week almost) so it will take me a couple days to get back to it.

Go into Skype, Skype Options, Call Settings, Advanced Settings, Show call controls when Skype is in background. Enable that. It should take care of it.

Actually Chicago isn't like that AT ALL. However if you want to be stuck in traffic, see cars where cars get frozen to the street, and eat some pizza lasagna, then Chicago is your place!

I know I'm not "one of those folks" however I can almost guarantee you that no one feels you owe anyone anything.
