I just checked with the patent office and it looks like the term "Multitool" was free and clear so i grabbed that one.

First order of business is contacting Leatherman and Gerber!!
 
you know how people say you should never reach into a dogfight to separate the combatants?
they're right.
on the plus side my JW Bensinger necker did a good job of shaving the arm so I could get a bandage to stick.

I know a guy in Slovenia that is going to try and turn these into friction folders. Ill only be getting one back, but its not costing me anything other than one of the blanks so thats pretty awesome.

And they have just been sitting here for months anyways LOL

Supposedly the big money is in website domains, not necessarily trademarks. I've heard stories of pretty high prices being paid for things like "{this politician} sucks.com" or "{that movie} is horrible . com", by {this politician} or {that movie} themselves... just so competitors/naysayers can't use them. You just have to register it first before someone who actually wants it does.

On another note.... My son is passed out cold in my hammock right now... Tried to wake him up to take him to bed and he mumbles "Please, i can sleep here" .... The way he said it made it impossible for me to say no LOL

I hope you irrigated that puncture wound very well. Otherwise, a really nasty infection can set in within a few days. I've used a syringe without the needle and a 10% providone-iodine solution to clean dog bites with good results.

lots of peroxide - and it's more of a slash than a puncture, so I should be OK.
it the arm swells up tomorrow, I won't be donating blood Thursday, though.
