Phillip - you can normalize with it. I've done it with the Regular but not the Special (I imagine it's the same for both).

Just thought I'd let you know mine is here. Thanks much.
It's amazing that customs will sometimes seize a 2" blade folder but they allow through several bags of unmarked powder without any question.
Now I need to make up some blades to test it out.
