If it works out well, I will take one but I will do all larges. Maybe you can do the spacer thing to make a large spot fit a small. More versatility in an ever changing collection. I'm assuming it will be big enough to do 25s etc. Would like something like that for collectables and the 1170 for EDC rotation.

Let Annette know there is some interest if you want. Might create momentum.

Update for anyone else who happens to stumble upon this.

The 1170 8 knife case does not fit large 21's or 25s with the factory lanyard. As we all know the lanyard is relatively tight to the butt end, and the lanyard will not lay parallel with the knife. So you end up with the lanyard sticking straight up erect out of the slot and the lid will crush it if you close it.

I will have to do some figuring on a way around this, other than removing the lanyard.

As for the quality of the cut out, I will reserve judgement till I hear back from Nalpak. Customer service is great, so I expect to get an answer shortly.
 
Yeah you'd have to bend those lanyards on the large sebenzas... However, I always remove those and replace it with my own.. no problems on my Large Regular and Umnumzaan...

The qulity of the cutouts are absolutely top notch. There are no fuzzy or ugly looking corners. They are all cut very well...

To be honest, their customer service has always replied within several hours. I'm sure we will get it sorted on Monday.

And now what to do about the lanyards.

Anyone have a creative solution?
