Pet peeves on knife review videos?

Speech is still the # 1 reason I hate video reviews.......Gimme print....PLEASE

It’s not so much the speaking… it’s the unfocused, sloppy, aimless, or plain goofy way that a lot of reviewers do it.

People complain about how slow I talk, I type even slower

I’m with the guys Chip. Your videos, from what I’ve seen, are on point. Always interesting, professional speech habits without the incessant ums, ahs, and likes that betray mouth breathers, and tons of interesting facts.

Chip, your videos are what other YouTubers should aspire to, reasonable length, clear speech, in focus, and quality content.

As mentioned, yours are some of the best knife videos, although it seems like you have some real trouble staying focused. Can I recommend some mindfulness exercises?

And Chip doesn’t have a “catch phrase” like some of them. One guy starts every video with an almost cartoony voice and say this verbatim “Hello YouTube (which isn’t my name or yours I’m guessing), how you doin’, how you doin’”

And other guy ended every video with “xxxx (referring to himself in third person) always says not A not B but seeya!“

And these things make me cringe.

Chip just talks as one knife guy to others sharing what he knows about a given piece.
