If “personal issues” really are at the root of all this, perhaps it’s best not to be trading knives on the internet. PhillyJeff is still actively pursuing knives, and I can’t for the life of me figure out why you’d continue posting in the exchange if your issues are so numerous that doing things like mailing a package are too big a burden. Maybe adjust your priorities in life.
This times 1000. If you don't have time to sort this deal out you don't have time to do new deals.

Also even if the one guy IS calling every 5 minutes so? You have his knife and can't seem to find your way to the post office. Resolve this.

It is with great sadness that I report the untimely demise of trusted counselor, attorney at law, and illustrious esquire Philly Jeff:

FYI, California bar numbers are issued in ascending numerical order and are never recycled. A long deceased attorney named Carl Alex Johnson had a bar # of 4062, and he was admitted in 1902! So Philly Jeff must be at least 150 years old.

He doesn’t have a case, especially after his antics with delaying shipping and saying he was going to route it through 16 countries on the way just to frustrate the OP… and also making it clear the point of his lawsuit isn’t to seek compensation for a wrong but merely to tie the OP up in legal fees for years. Any judge will immediately recognize he’s attempting to abuse the system to be vindictive.
Better call Saul. :)

TO THE ADMINS & MODERATORS:
Is there not an established timeframe for transactional conflicts to be resolved between two parties privately PRIOR to airing out anything here on BladeForums?

The aggrieved party can open up a thread here of their own volition. If it is out of line, it may be closed.

In this instance, my colleague and friend Boru13 Boru13 has been in contact with both sides...and if a satisfactory response in regard to our inquiries is not received today, consequences shall follow.

But no, there is no ironclad rule. We'd like commonsense and integrity to prevail, but that may be asking too much from time to time...unfortunately.
