I made a Dozen Beet Pickled Eggs today. The River Hawk was there, just cause I like looking at it.
I should wait a week to eat them. Dunno if I can wait. I love them alone or in salads.

Latest knives landed! My daughter got to name the bottom one as it is the first of it's kind. She chose "Mini Emiko" Emiko is her first name and means "Blessed Child" in Japanese. It will be great in the kitchen for her!
