Finally got around to swapping out the scales on my EDC2 to match my Field Knife. Forest Green G10!

My family portrait. Just got the field knife in today. I must say I absolutely love it. Probably my favorite knife in that 4-5 inch range. Minus the super slick g10. It has to go but luckily the amazing Mrs JO just knocked out a run and I scored a set of unbuffed black. I have to be honest. Mr Carothers is something like a genius with the contours. Everyone of these knives fit my hands like they were made for me personally. I don't know how the CPK crew does it but I love these knives.

And this is the bomb now. New scales showed up today too. Good day. The unbuffed micarta change the feel of the knife and improved it so much imo. Perfect now. Only thing that would make it better is some terotuf

Was able to pick up my first one today, thing is a beast and almost creepy light. After handling a couple more today I can see these are going to be habit forming

My "Chopper Fam" is finally reunited! My apologies for the bad fluorescent lighting, once the rain stops (in a few weeks/months) I may have the chance to get outside with them!

Thanks Jonny - been busy with work, SAR, and house projects for a few weeks and haven't had much time to get on here lately. It feels good to mark off a few things from the "honey-do" list, though! Happy Wife = Happy Life!
