My FK arrived today and it is epic! A *huge* thank you to Nathan and Jo, Lorien Arnold and everyone behind the scene who had a hand in making these knives a reality. It is beautifully crafted, the balance and profile are exquisite and the design is *extremely* well thought out. The stock thickness is perfect, edge is super sharp and the natural micarta is stunning in person. An elegant blade, to be sure.

(I know this is a picture thread and I will edit this post to include a few, but I just wanted to offer my thoughts first; I hope no one minds.)

Oh yeah, the FK is absolutely gorgeous. Great design great feel. I saw it in person with the natural micarta handles and I am so envious of it, wish I had one too!

Very nice !!! no rattle on sheath , thats great !! My kydex still rattles even after heating it closed more and putting a dangler on it .
But I love the knife !!!!

It's great to see this thread getting flooded with new toys!
Mine showed up yesterday and I couldn't be happier! Now I'll need to get another set of unbuffed scales for the old 3v FK.

Oh nice! The black unbuffed micarta has enough white to make it look grey which is awesome. Much nicer than when something looks not quite black. Great looking pair. Glad to hear how much you enjoy the model!

Also seems the sheaths have been improved for tightness because the last couple of recipients have reported back with no rattle as it is :thumbup:
