[Hard Knocks]

There was a video of Lorien throwing one of the early A2 knives. It looked like he was trying to destroy it. I think it survived.

I beat the shit out of that knife and it handled everything I threw at it, (and threw it at). I gave it to a close friend of mine who only ever owned a SAK, he needed a real knife and the field knife is a REAL knife.

Nice! Thanks to the both of you for that info, I hadn't heard that about the A2.

Nice photos Lorien! And a stark reminder of just how different our environments are. The high here in Alabama yesterday was about 70°F (21°C) with obviously no snow in sight.

Picked up my first CPK at the last EDC sale.

I'm blown away by the ergonomics of the handle on the EDC, fits my hand like a glove. I've owned or handled a good number of fixed blades both custom and production in the last decade, and I've got to say I don't recall one that has fit my hand quite like this. Can't wait for the LC I have on order.


Carrying in this cross draw sheath untill my RLO is done.

Yes it is! Retention is good, no rattle, but not crazy strong either. Draw is smooth and silent.

I don't post too often around here. However, I'm a huge fan of CPK's work. I have some to use and some to keep nice as a record. I can stare at stuff like this all day, or get a big smile putting it to work.
