Caught the good light this afternoon. I just realized the dek3 is like a dagger, except it’s a tanto on one side and has a sweeping belly on the other side.

I bet the DEK3 will stab better than a dagger, because the main edge will be cutting as it penetrates, and it will cut better than either edge of a dagger since it is so much sharper, and because of the continuous arc of the belly. This is also why Bowies stab better than daggers and one of the reasons why Bowies are the best knives ever. But I love daggers too.

Yes, it’s a special by CPK Mark with a hollow grind, a top hollow grind that I think is twisted on like a 1” wheel, and a clip point. Hard to photograph how cool the grinds are.
