Always admired your pics, your grasp of composition is excellent. You sir are a great photographer abs I enjoy looking at your pics.I generally process my photos - mostly to sharpen and add clarity to textures and such. I just took this picture of my red sawcut pieces and the only thing I did to it was snap the pic in natural lighting and then crop it. There is no enhancing of the color and it is also worth noting that photographing the bevels near the bolster can be tricky due to the reflective surface.
I didn't think until after the fact that I should have lined these up in chronological order - oh well.
Northwoods Heritage Jack (Red Sawcut) - 2019/2020
Northfield Barlow (CK SFO) (Blood Red Sawcut) - 2018
Northfield Barlow (CK SFO) (Red Sawcut) - 2019
Northfield #25 Barlow (CK SFO) (Blood Red Sawcut) - 2017
#14 Boys Knife (CK SFO) (Blood Red Sawcut) - 2018

You are off the Christmas card listI just changed my vote to red to help it stay stronger
I just might IF I thought blue or green had a chance of winning
Damn, since you put it that way I might just change my vote!Brown is the color of cigars and whiskey.
Exactly, I might not mind black cherry, but the other reds are blegh. So because I can't choose that specific color, gotta vote classy, old-timey brown. It seems to me that with so many votes cast for colors other than red and brown (which can't possibly win), when this poll is over we should have another poll between just red and brown. That would more closely reflect the wishes of the entire voting population. After that, we could continue with the more specific color poll. Of course, as we near the end of this poll, voters for other colors could change their votes to red or brown to make them more meaningful.
I was noticing the same thing. It doesnt look like the brown surge is from so many jumping ship from white. I think weve lost less than ten whiters. Probably more to come tonight and/or tomorrow
