Move that steak and Beer over. I wanna admire that Traeger some moreA N.Y. seosoned with kosher salt and coarse pepper. Accompanied by a seasonal Rainier Radler. Similar to a Liney’s Summer Shandy. Not bad, but kinda on the sweet side.

Cold smoked pork chops from the local meat market. Sooo good. They need absolutely no seasoning at all. Whatever they do to smoke these, they do it right!
