Pics from the GRILL!

Asparagus, Chinese sausage, filet mignon, and a ribeye tonight.

Last nights fare.
Cold smoked pork chops(I wish there were words to explain how good these are) and grilled corn on the cob. First time doing corn on the grill. It turned out good. Peeled back the husks to take the silk out and put some olive oil on the corn. Cooked at 400 for about 25-30, turned out great.

I had the great pleasure of receiving a phone call from Uncle E today. To say I was a little awestruck, is an understatement. He was gracious and shared insight. It was very cool! He also shared a marinade for pork chops...

My wife and kid loved them! The zucchini are tossed in adobo seasoning.

It was a great dinner! :D

He's one of the good ones, to be sure.

You know how they say that you should never meet the people you idolize, you’re bound to be disappointed? Exact opposite here, I spoke with a genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable person, who took time out of his day to say hello and share some insights. It was very f@#king cool! :D

Thanks, fellas. My company was pleased with it. I wasn’t about to let this crappy rain stop me from grilling a good meal. :)
