Pictures you took while you should have been working

How far can you see? Find the furthest away thing that you can see, figure out its height and triangulate how far below the curve if the earth it should be.............. or not. No pressure.
On perfectly flat ground, about 21 miles, give or take. The big caveat being perfect ground.

Thanks for the practice! As an aerospace engineering student, I should know how to figure these things on the fly lol

Jeez, if I had one of those Deadlocks, I don't know if I could bring myself to use it. And this is coming from someone who anodizes CRK's on a whim
I just moved from a place where most autos are illegal to carry (CA) to a place where they're perfectly legal (GA). I'm planning on making the most of it. Besides, I'm not selling this one. That said, I empathize. The Sharp By Design Arch Nemesis in the last photo will probably never be used for any real cutting jobs

I'm in Arizona, where knife laws don't exist, yaaaay lol.

I get that, though. If you're never going to sell it, by all means make it yours.

My most expensive knife is just over $600, and I just barely worked up the sand to use it lol. Mainly due to the very fact that I don't see a circumstance in which I'd ever break it irreparably or sell it.

I have a group of knives that I've decided I'll use for any cutting jobs, as long as it's not stupid. The Deadlock will be babied relative to them

Oh yeah, absolutely. I'd personally love an Inkosi with the pivot bushing and washer setup of the 21. It's a shame they got rid of that in the 31; it was part of what makes the Sebenza so great in my opinion.
The 31 still has the pivot bushing. The lock face changed to the ceramic ball like the Inkosi and the clip angled like the Inkosi as well

Ah, yes, I should've been more clear. What I meant was I'd like to see that "snug it down and go" aspect of the 21 in an Inkosi. Both the 21 and 31 have the bushing, but a couple reviewers I've seen have said that the 31 is more tuned at the pivot like a typical knife, rather than snug and go of the 21. I don't have a 31, though, so I could have simply been misled about this stuff.

I don't mind tuning my pivots so much, really. It's normal. I just enjoy disassembly of my 21's far more than other knives because I don't need threadlocker or patience.

Gotcha. Yea I’ve never handled a 31 either. I’ve got one on order tho. The tuning of the Inkosi doesn’t bother me either. I personally think the disassembly of the Inkosi is easier than the 21. Less parts anyway, not saying the 21 is hard by any means
