"TWO MONTHS NOW",still no response what so ever. This is straight up crap I have called and emailed almost every other day for the past month now.I can honestly say I believe Josh Burbank/PVK knives has ripped us off and has no intentions at all in making things right.He probably figures were in Arizona and he is in Massachusetts so screw us. It's not like we are able to take a 2600 mile road trip over a $100 knife. I have filed a claim with my girlfriend's card and at the least he will get nailed on the charge back , it wont be another month till we get our money back. What a total Drama scene over nothing,all he had to do was take our order throw the bali in the box or package mail it off and there ya go. Its really not too hard to figure out as well the phone rings you pick it up,"hello this is pvk knives josh speaking" oh yes sir were experiencing some trouble with our shipping department we will have that knife to you by next week at the latest. i apologize for the mix up sir we do appreciate your business,thank you sir have a nice day.EASY RIGHT... It's much easier than not picking up you phone or returning phone calls hiding from your paying customers and hoping it will a magically start to come together for the best .WOW Im just ranting on here now , regardless of my being upset . PVK is a total RIP OFF,do not send your money to Josh Burbank he will take your money and ignore you until you either figure to much a hassle to deal with and give up or take a 2600 mile road trip to handle up on your business either way is dusty ass hell and PVK is done in my book!!!
