Pipe Knives?

Are there any American traditional knife companies that make pipe knives similar to the Laguiole pipe knife? The closest designs that I've found are the doctor's knives from Queen and Case.

To my knowledge, the only American knife company, besides A.G. Russell, to produce a purpose-designed pipe knife was Gerber. They produced a model reportedly designed by Bob Loveless, as part of their "Escort" series.

I'm not a pipe smoker; but, I remembered noticing this thread bumped the other day. And yesterday, lo and behold, A.G.'s new catalog showed up in my mail with his version of a pipe knife currently listed in it. Hence my reason for bumping it again, for those interested...
