Pipes and Traditional knives (cigars welcome)

Hey, HAPPY BIRTHDAY PETE!!! I'm just delving into pipe smoking with the generosity of Carl and Jeff so I'm very much a novice...but the pipe, knives and gear your sportin is really neat...love the memories of your Granddad.

A nice Cigar on the deck tonight with a warm fire and a great HJ lending a hand:thumbup:

JAPPF,

GWB

You southerners and your outside beer drinkin' weather. Wish I could do the same. I wore 3 layers, and a coat so that I could enjoy that Cohiba yesterday. A cold beer woulda done me in. :D

Looking good brother!! Love that sheath.

I figure I must have been breast fed.............

'cause I'm still partial to mother's milk. LOL

Best,

GWB

After cutting the lawn I enjoyed the first smoke in my new Stanwell Featherweight. It's the 240 pattern. I'm not a regular smoker by any means but it's nice to have every now and then.

This pipe is light, trimmed down and I can tell it will be a great smoker. I noticed how much the last half of the pipe really kicked up the flavor...a fine attribute to the Dublin shape

Enjoy your weekend everyone:thumbup:

I bought these Columbia cigars back in 2006 for special occasions. I've smoked just one of them, to celebrate the birth of my daughter. Sharing the box with the remaining two is a Case Teardrop in smooth chocolate bone.
