do you guys have 'quattro staggione' in the US?
it took me years to understand that people were talking about salami when mentioning "pepperoni"![]()

Absent this choice, I'll always choose a pizza with as much MEAT on it that they offer. It is usually called the "Meat Lovers Pizza" or some variant of that. It will almost always include pepperoni, sausage & ham and sometimes ground beef and bacon. Yum!![]()
I like basically all ingedients
except few ones
- italian sausages
- pineapple or any fruits
- ordinary ketchup
- no sweets
- not too much cheese
- no bugs (very future ingredient)
I had a chance to eat brick fire baked ''pizza'' in Rome Italy about ten years back.Good thread! Thank you for the pictures!!! I am a big fan of the “basic” Neapolitan pizza tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil. I really like vegetables on my pizza, meats not so much maybe pepperoni or Italian sausage.
in switzerland peperoni is a paprika. In the US a Pepperoni is a small salami variant. In Italian peperoni is Peppers, in German Jalapeno
Have fun on your ski tour. Starting in Zermatt or Saas Fee ? A little early, watch for avalanches .... Cheers,
Roland.
Pretty much agree with all this, except the broccoliI'm in.
Ketchup on a pizza? Yes that seems wrong.
As for my ingredient list, it includes most meats but not really a fan of ham. But I'll take pepperoni, sausage, beef, bacon, banana peppers, onions, broccoli, garlic, and I think that covers my most sought after toppings. I like thin crust as well, because no need to overdo it on the breads.
Someone probably paid $3,000 for that. For the guy that has everything.ah,thanks for the clarification. whats a pepperoni then?

Agreed 100%!!!!I had a chance to eat brick fire baked ''pizza'' in Rome Italy about ten years back.
Stupendous how so few ingridients can make such a tasty bread circle.
What kind of crappy meatlovers pizza makes you choose between bacon and ham? It should have ALL the meats on it.Like supreme (no olives or mushrooms), meatlovers (bacon instead of ham), BBQ chicken, buffalo chicken. No anchovies or pineapple.
