Then prepare to cut some daffodils. ;) We have a bunch of knives about ready to go and boxes all made up. Just hanging out for the first big batch of sheaths to arrive from Kiah. There is a "HOLY SHIT" amount of knives in the shop. lol

Yes Underdog, with a little fiddling the clips still fit on in the horizontal position. ;)

Did some of the blades without shealths ship monday like what was quoted earlier? Also, any status updates on the 3.5?

Yeah, it's been a PITA but we've been picking those out and sending them awhile, to get a jump on things. The 3.5 will be a minute yet. I've got too many irons in the fire and I don't went to burn out, trying to throw too many things out there at one time.
 
I received an announcement and the 4.1 knives should be going out this week. I wanted to receive my GSO 4.1 before the pre-order sale pricing ended on the larger knives so I could see if this fits my needs or if I want a larger knife.

I really wish the larger knives had the option of the M-390 steel and believe it would fit my needs better than the offered CPM-3V. I would have purchased one (or more) of the larger knives if the M-390 was an option.

Definitely looking forward to Guy's next stainless choice. I did get in on the Necker and hope there will be a stainless choice once the 3.5s are ready for pre-order. :)

Yeah, me too. Since the 4.1's will be my first Survive knives, I wanted to see how the quality/fit/balance were before ordering more.

Oh well, maybe some other release in the future then....

I have a EDC-4 in CPM-3v I picked up from Edgeworks. It's my favorite working knife in that size - the ergonomics are great! I don't have an Esee-4, but I prefer the EDC-4 to my Esee-3.

I also have an GSO-5.1 and -10, fit and finish on both are superb! Compared to my Esee-5, I MUCH prefer the GSO-5.1 (also 3v).

Ja, good idea. Survive GSO survival axe in 3V, with the right design that could be really cool and usefull.
 
Guy are you pretty much sticking to M390 at this point or are there plans to go back to ELMAX? Or even CPM-154 (dreaming here most likely).

Is CPM-154 particularly hard to acquire? I'm surprised at how rarely I see it in production knives.
