Popular brands you have never owned?

So I have been a users and collector for a number of years (30+) and I have never owned a Benchmade. I have owned hundreds of blades for almost every company and have just never pulled the trigger on a Benchmade. They make great products and have wanted many of them but it's never happened...

What popular knives have you never bought?

Kershaw and I have no idea why.
Like a lot of there designs, but something else always finds its way to my door.
Wanted a Blur for quite some time, but I always go with a Spydie, Benchmade...GET ONE....Pro Tech or ZT instead.

Does CRK count? They're probably the biggest one for me. I have a friend who's also a knife knut and when I wasn't excited abojt the Sebenza and CRK in general he insisted I borrow and use his for a week. Really nice knife, but I don't really like framelocks, I'm not a fan of metal handles and I don't really think I'll see any benefit in the tight tolerances that are a big selling point in my lifetime. It's kind of cool to have a knife you could pass down to your grandchildren, but screw them, they can buy their own knives. ;)

ZT. They just don't appeal to me.

I've bought a couple Spyderco knives, but don't anymore.

I'm with Insipid... CR makes a fine piece, but none have fit me ergonomically, and I don't require microscopic tolerances in my tools.

ZT knives for me. I actually like them and their designs. I just have never gotten one.

Never owned a ZT.
Never owned a Hinderer either.
I think with both, the issue is that I like a lot of their models but don't LOVE any.
Spark told me that he is going to start carrying some Hinderer in the shop so maybe that will change my mind if I can hold one.

Of the major brands, only Benchmade..... I don't consider Emerson or Chris Reeves a major brand. They occupy niche markets. "Popular" would bring them into the fold.

Kershaw ~ Hinderer ~ ZT ~ and a few others that just never had there Knives turn my crank ~~ but then again when you have the best in GEC's & Spyderco & Case why in the world would you want to try anything else.! I have got some Knives in trade but they are either traded away or gone in a GAW or sold cheap to get it out of my Safes <<<< one or the other.!*

GEC
Queen
Mora

I'm open to one day getting a GEC, but any of the ones I might want, in 440C, seem difficult to get.

not really popular, but popular on BF.... busse, zero tolerance, gec- I've checked them out in person, just don't care for them

The main one that comes to mind first is Emerson. Of course, I did recently get a Kershaw/Emerson colaberation. Not sure if that really counts though...

I only own BM and Spyderco knives. I've had a Kershaw (gave it away), and a couple cheap Gerber knives. The end. :)
