I take the door knob hanger ads that solicitors leave on my door and stick them in my screen door.

They become a yellowed and curled monument to the wastefulness of door knob hanger ads.

I hope that every solicitor sees this and decides to do something worthwhile with their life.

That's my odd hobby. My land lord doesn't approve.
 
I collect urinals.....

Working at Busse Combat STARTED as a hobby....and then slowly turned into an obsession. I also make slings (ala David and Goliath) and weave ropes in a japanese art called kumihomo.

Martial arts doesn`t sound like a weird hobby until my wife pointed out "You look forward all week to getting together with your friends and being hit, twisted, kicked, and thrown around just so it`ll be your turn to do it to them." Kind of throws an odd spin on the fun.

I've been collecting all of my fingernail and toenail clippings since I was a kid. Does that count as a odd hobby?:confused:

You got me thinking about that movie with Jack Nicholson, I think it was called "As Good As It Gets". J/K about the nail clippings by the way, my odd hobby at the moment is trying to propagate curry plants (the smell is probably about the same! LOL). I have some seedings that are doing alright, but the plant I was planning on taking cuttings from this Spring, got zapped in that freeze last month.

Nope. Sounds quite normal coinsidering the other posts here. Apparently odd is the norm for us knife knuts. :D

yup, great movie. i love how he wont step on the cracks in the sidewalk and throws away soap after one use.
 
I have started turning all of my scrap paper into paper airplanes. Some of them turn out really good :D
