Post Odd Hobbies Here

Well besides collecting guns and knives, hunting and fishing, I also breed and raise snakes.

Still go to rallies- several friends are in a pact never to bring another scooter to a rally- gets in the way of drinkin like a fishin pole at at a fishing trip...still travel to Niagara every year for rallys anyways (live in Chicago...)

I forgot to add that I collect and use Sector-9 longboards. They're a local company here (La Jolla). I've got about 9 boards, my 2 most recent being a bamboo model (very thin, strong, and flexible), and a fiberglass model that's a great bomber. I hit around 20-25mph on some hills north of SD the last time some of us went for a big ride. I had a buddy filming us from a car. Bad ass. I just discovered skid plate gloves for putting hands down when hitting long tight curves or power sliding.

I also collect old roots reggae vinyl and cd's. I like fine tobacco's too. Not so much smoking (I need my lungs) but chewing is good. I recently tried a kind I had to order from Sweden called "General". It's the SHIT!

I guess this is not out of the ordinary but I have a facination for famous female's belly button lint. I have quite a collection but I am still trying to get Britiney to send me a sample. It's a tough hobby but so far I have been able to get several dozen personality's donations. Once in a while I will bring my collection out and take a few sniffs.

Like I said, I am probably among thousands who have this hobby. :D :D :D

I collect shot glasses, not the novelty ones that they sell as souvenirs, but the old vintage one's. I've been doing it since I was about 12 years old and I have many cool old one's and some from other countries. It is getting harder to find one's now that I don't have, my collection is somewhere around about 100 pieces.

:D:D

I am a musician. Bass player to be more precise. I have been playing for 24 years. I also build and service guitars. I am in a couple of bands....Cosmic Mercy (jazz/Fusion) and The Magic Notes (blues)...formaly Route 66. Does this count?

I collect handmade and antique marbles...haven't bought any in a while (thanks, Jerry :) ), but I have a pretty good collection.

Hmmm... I became a Freemason a couple of years ago and have become pretty active in the lodge. Not necessarily a hobby but similiar.

Count. (More of a habit than hobby, I guess.)

Study, theorize and (attempt to) design combat and defense strategies/scenarios.

Sporadically learning Cherokee and White Mountain Apache languages.

Studied(read) torture/anatomy, off and on most of my life.

And the last thing I can think of, is, I'm currently getting the info together for rehabilatating wildlife in the Northwest. My background is in working with raptors, canines and felines as well as reptiles. So, I want to work with raptors again. I think it could be a hobby.;)

I've been making chainamail armor for the last 16 years + a tiny business of making and sterling silver jewelry to pay for the knife/sword/axe habit.

I like to act like I have strange hobbies to feel like I'm part of a group. I got another one- I read books and stuff. I know "weirdo".

Got a website? Or some pix of both the chainmail, and the jewelry? :D
