Post your Arno Bernard Pic's!

I noticed on another thread your knife was delivered. Would love to know your thoughts.

It's pretty nice - I really like it. It's good in the hand and less chunky than my Hinderer XM-18s, and flicks out better than some of them as well. It's kind of like a cross between a plain jane CRK and a Hinderer.

Got my iMamba (flipper / bearing) the other day, thought I was getting a knife similar to a 'medium' Chris Reeves, but what I got is totally different  AB have their own personality for sure, great feeling, great fit in my hand.

This will be my first go with AWL34 and I'm sure I won't be able to tell the difference between S30 or S45vn or 154 or MC or whatever else. I do have some Maxamet and that is in a different realm.

Very nice! My PJ iMamba was my first experience with that steel as well. Seems to hold a nice edge and is pretty easy to sharpen in my experience.
Enjoy!

Anybody get rid of the polished blade?

Apparently I have greasy fingers and I can't keep the darn thing presentable, I am thinking of getting some kind of satin finish but was hoping for some feedback first.

Thanks!

Still my only AB. Meerkat for my small fixed-blade this week.

Beautiful. Which inlay is your favorite?

The one with the dyed / stabilized tusk is absolutely beautiful and is my favorite. Not an easy pick though. The Desert Ironwood and the Mammoth are very nice too.

The one with the "plain" tusk is deceiving though. It may seem somewhat bland in pics, but in person, it has a smooth warmth to it. Sounds corny but if you just hold each of them for a few minutes to check them out... ok, fondle (LOL), it has a very nice feel to it.

I also have a plain jane titanium with no inlay (not pictured) that has become my most carried knife of any knife that I have ever had. If you do not have an AB and are thinking about getting one and just getting input, then you can't go wrong with any of them. It seems that everybody has a brand that they "connect" with. This is the one for me, without a doubt.

I still have 3 Rinkhals and 2 iMambas on order. Yes, I definitely like AB knives.

Just arrived today…love it. Beteleur with sheep’s horn handle. Half of me can’t wait to catch some trout and use this for its intended purpose, the other half cringes at the thought of getting fish guts on something so pretty. In other words, this is right in the sweet spot.
