this maybe a dumb question but where do you guys get cheap bicycle tire tubes from? other alternatives to help make the handle more sticky?

Go to any local bike shop. They will likely have a trashcan full of inner tubes they've change out for ones without holes in.

go with any road tire tubes. mtb tubes will be way too loose even on a bk-2's thick handle.
