I'm just kidding man. I did a rendering way back when with a choil and deramped.

had some dirty work to do today, figured this one could use the exercise.

The part the tip is on is root - I chopped the few live stalks remaining, then dug it out. There's another root clump behind it...and, behind that, the debris from the preliminary work.

I know.... just rub it in....
I'm almost ashamed it still looks like this. I seem to only run into relative light knife tasks when I have the BK7 with me.... and I seem to favour processing softer wood

All cleaned up, reprofiled edge, and stainless steel hardware. Ready for skinning next years venison, pheasants, rabbits,and squirrels. Or as we call them in my parts Limb Chickens.
