Those KA versions are so much noticeably lighter. They stand up to just as much abuse in my experience too.

Such a huge difference what, an ounce? makes. Depending on how my bear paws get on w/ a small Sebenza I might start looking for one as an ultralight option. I hardly notice my 21L in shorts.

It's definitely next on my list. I've already passed on a couple that I quite liked, but refuse to buy another knife til the two CRK headed this way land.
I need to do some research on the generation differences too. I don't know enough about it, and the research is part of the fun.

I don't have any Reeve Damascus blades, or wood inlay... I do like knocking out several things at once. Hmmm
