Just received my first CRK yesterday!

It was a mix of emotions as I have always wanted one but was always hesitant to spend the money on it. When I finally opened the box I was excited but disappointed that the grinds were uneven. I thought about returning it but knew that I bought it to use it. So, in the pocket she went and even out the grind when she needs sharpening.

Whats the phase to ground rating on a Reeve? Well, if it's over 200 amps then it shouldn't matter much here...
I've seen a few knife pictures where somehow someone used a knife to accidentally complete a circuit. There goes the heat treat!

Back to my usual pattern, not having been over here for a coupla-three weeks, I've gone back and Liked just about every post since. I've been stupidly busy and injured for a bit, not getting any knife pics, and was carrying a few different knives, but just realized this has been an all-CRK week again without giving it much thought.

Monday through Wednesday was my large 21 Micarta Insingo, then Thursday and Friday it was my large 21 KnifeArt CF. Probably my two favorite work knifes, used fairly hard and showing it. I'm pretty pumped about picking up a large 25 StarBenza on the Exchange which should show up Monday. In the meantime I've been handling my large 25 PlainJane as I await the new blade's arrival.

I think you'll like the Starbenza 25. If mine just had the angled clip, like the Inkozi, I'd call it perfect.

As soon as I throw a little lube on the pivot area and reassemble it I'll be tossin' the 25 into my pocket, I've grown very fond of the extra weight and how it feels in hand.

Gonna go do some paper targets in the back yard.

Thanks for the Like, the pic, and your comment, Ironbut . I'm sure I'll love my new StarBenza 25. I'm way into Wilson Combat starburst grips with my StarTac, Les George Eagle, and Fox ELC, and, of course anything CRK is just all good. My only real preference for my Inkosi over the 25 is the floating stop pin, which makes more sense adjustment-wise than the fixed pin on the other. The clip makes little difference to me--though I suppose unlocking should be easier on the Inkosi than the 25, I've never had any trouble with that.

I just checked the tracking and my StarBenza is on-Cape as I write and there's a very slight chance it might make it into my box today, but my local PO is only open a couple hours mid-day Saturdays. Sigh....
