Still early, E. Continue to think of using the Sebenza as a Sunday/Picnic/Date knife …. it oozes quality and makes me smile handling it. Where the Zaan will continue to be a light, all purpose and fast user. Still amazed how light both are.

They are both great knives...no doubt about it.

The zaan is actually a bit, (not significantly), heavier than the 31 with the micarta inlays. About a half ounce as I recall when I compared them.

I used to own a similar ultratech. Loved it but I live in a place with murky laws regarding autos. That unfortunately rules out a lot of cool stuff.
