yep. its more like a brick orange i guess. the delica is MUCH brighter.

looking at the pictures on my cameras lcd i was worried the orange of the delica wasnt going to be properly represented looked dark on the screen. but they came out rather well.

Up until yesterday I only had a Tenacious. Then the postperson knocked on my door. :D

What are those toys in the background? Love the M.U.S.C.L.E.ic, reminds me of when I was a kid.

Mighty Beanz, which are still in stores. They're like those old Mexican Jumping Beans we used to play with; they have a metal ball bearing inside that makes them flop back and forth. They're kinda dumb, but I have never grown out of silly, small, collectible toys. They don't take up any space and there's so many different ones to find.

When I got back into buying MUSCLE figures, I was hit with a wave of nostalgia that was almost overwhelming -- I totally did a rewind to when I was 6 or 7 years old. After I'd amassed a decent amount, my parents happened by the house and I showed them to my mom. She was blown away, and sat with me checkin' 'em all out and talking about how she used to drive me to Toys R Us to buy a few packs with my allowance, and how I'd go through every pack, one by one, until I found just the right ones. I went through all the usual 80s toy phases (Masters of the Universe, TMNT, Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors, M.A.S.K., Transformers, GI Joe, etc.), but for me, MUSCLE figures were my absolute favorite.

I'll throw up some more MUSCLE pics (knife-related, of course!) shortly. :D

Just got this today. It's my 21st birthday tomorrow so my mom had my name and the date engraved on my new Delica :D Also, this is my first Spyderco product, and after being blown away by the quality I'm sure it wont be the last!

Thanks for that:thumbup:

I had totally forgot about them MUSCLE figures. I had a few when I was young and absolutely loved them. I didn't have anywhere near as many as you but I can recognise a few from your pics.
I used to sit with them for ages wondering which one would be the hardest/toughest. Total blast of nostalgia that is. Used to love lead figures too.

Some requested these pictures on the Spyderco forum on my most used Spyderco. Salt 1 with reprofiling of the edge, tip and then I have repainted the clip so many times.
