Thanks, cut a hotdog with that and it seems the mustard and ketchup did that.
Yes. Cut anything acidic and stand back. I remember a member on Spyderco Forum posted a picture of his Caly 3 SB which is his "apple cutting knife" and it had an awesome blue-like patina on the blade. Very cool, especially with a high-polish edge.
