Also grabbed a four loco, but i wasnt aware they switched the formula in December 2010 and removed caffeine, taurine, and guarana ... its been a few years since i had a four loco but i wouldnt have bought it had i known it was no longer what it use to be. back in the day 2 of the big cans would send me flying! now its just another nasty fruity beer :(

They changed the formula because a bunch of college kids kept getting hospitalized and dying, the gvt. told them they had to make it less powerful as far as energy (and I believe ABV).

Have you ever tried the old version? the stuff was crazy. it tasted horrible but a large can was 2.50 and most would be drunk after just 1 beer. id normally grab 3 or 4 at a time but could never remember drinking anything after the 2nd, yet all 4 cans would be empty in the trash when i woke up. It was a great party drink being cheap and potent.

I think I jumped the gun on this one being the pre-end of the world thread. Looks like it will be locked up tonight and its not even the 10th yet. On the other hand, the level of snark has been much better lately.

Just scored an ar15 JP trigger kit and speed hammer off of a local sight that I'm a mod on for $125. :D Woulda been around $240 if I bought them new. Gonna be cooold here tonight. The forecasted actual low is for -3. I think I'll be wearing a jacket to work instead of a sweatshirt tonight.
 
on a positive note, I got to play with power tools today.
Buddy of mine has access to a plasma cutter and cut me out the steel for this sign.
some rattle can, ebony stain, scrap lumber, and a few hours of time later...

That looks badass! i like slingshots too, havent shot one in a few months and the ones i have are wrist braced and i prefer to get a new one that is not wrist braced, i like that i will have to take a look at some of the pocket predators thanks for that picture

Thanks. Can't wait to shoot it. Bill Hayes, the maker, is a hell of a shot with a slingshot. He lights matches, splits cards, etc.

I was chopping on a piece of Oak today I found out with my 7, that sucker is STILL sharp, but my arm is TIRED! This log was 8-10" thick and well, dried oak. We are planning on using that tonight for the fire.
