Prepare Ye' The Way For The Boss Of All Jacks.....

A hollow ground .22" blade on a Boss Jack would be very cool!

Gene

This would be a cool option on the l.e., if the l.e. isn't going to be thin.

Sorry, I will google this but I might not be able to find info. So if you could, what is a Boss Jack Sledge Hammer?

Edit: yep googling just took me to my post...

Here it is. It really isn't a "boss Jack" the term "jack" has been used by Busse on a variety of design blades
The sledge hammer really wasn't considered a Jack, but in reality its a Satin Jack Tactical on steriods at .320 thick. It is one of the best feeling Jacks I've ever felt; filling your hand full

Here's a pic of the edge compared to a .22 SFNO and the bottom one is the Boss Mean street that is .320 thick.

Hollow ground with a Convex edge with Mag handles.
That would be just sweet ! ;)

I sure like the feel of the Proto boss jacks in my hands.

I don't think that .22 is crazy thick for them. That said, the thickness down to the edge was just ridiculous. That same spine thickness with a reasonable grind at the edge would be ok.

Thinner would be even better!

I'm pretty much in agreement. 3/16 would be about right for a blade this length...but regardless...NO thick edges please. Needum sharp!

Also...PLEASE give us a double-cut finish option.

No, i probably won't pay what is usually a whopping premium for the "LE" instead. I don't even like "tigerhide".

...... The BOSS Jack is coming soon!!!!!!!!.....(hopefully, within the next 48 hours)

We will be offering 6 different blade finishes as well as the Satin Finished Limited Edition.

We're trying something different this time on the serial numbered Limited Edition. You will have your choice of 9 different handle options.

Although the LE's will be numbered, there will only be one of each serial number. In other words there will still only be one serial number 1..2..3, etc... regardless of the handle option.

Let's Drink!
