Primble & Friends March Madness Knife GAW - Winners Announced !!!

Wow, I completely missed this thread somehow. What a great GAW Primble, and of course Paul, Stephen, and Duncan. I am in!

Primble, you really know how to do a GAW! Also, a big thanks to the other awesome people who donated knives for this! The shield on the S&M knives have always caught my eye and all of the GAW knives are beautiful in their own way. I know even less about basketball than I do about ....well, lets just say a lot of things. Here is a pic of one of my favorite traditional knives. I don't know much about it other than it just feels right in the hand.

Thank you for the chance and I wish everyone luck.

I am in, thanks for the chance in this great GAW primble et al. I have always loved the English Jack. Here is a picture of my favorite pattern and traditional.

Thank you sir, that is quite a compliment coming from you Primble. The Martin guitar and GEC knife are both made in Pennsylvania :D

I guess I'll toss my hat into the ring on this one Primble :) You have been a great addition to the porch, so here is my favorite knife, and my personal favorite picture I have taken of it:

I don't follow sports, but years ago I did pretty good in a march madness pool because I picked Gonzaga to go quite a ways because I liked the name. Funny how things work out sometimes...
Very generous of you and all of the donators in this GAW :thumbup:

Hope I'm not too late .
What's your favourite knife? That IS the $64,000 Dollar question.
I'll be honest. Haven't got a favourite.
But .... in honour of this fantastic giveaway and to be true to the spirit of the porch I have nailed it down to 2 suspects.

As far as sport is concerned-

Oh except for this snapshot that I took whilst watching the one day cricket final or something whatever it was on sunday.

You'll notice who we go for in the Rugby as well just quietly.
Don't want to ruffle any feathers but we awesomely flogged the Kiwis- Clarke and Starc would not be the favourite names in NZ cricketing circles at the mo.:)
I just quickly googled on Christian Laettner and he seems like a real Champion.
Right ...I think I've pretty much offended the entire sporting community of the porch.Had to make special allowance for Kiwis being so far behind the times tho.
A nod of thanks to Jack Black for sending me a present when it HIS birthday coming up-cheers Mate.(the real reason for the snapshot)

We will pick the Winners of the GAW knives on Tuesday, March 31st, 2015. The method of selecting will be by random number.

The March Madness predictions have no bearing on the eventual winners. :)

The only remaining contestant for the TC Barlow "Final Four" knife is Markesharp. We will see if he can win it with his prediction and that cannot be decided until April 6th. ;)

Good luck to everyone (except Mark of course :D)

Anyone still interested in entering should do so before 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.

Thanks for the new entries.

The time is past for any additional new entries. I will draw for the winners of the five knives in the general GAW today.

Winners will be announced at some point today. Good luck everyone and thanks for your participation.:)
