Proposed customized BK14

Step 1. Satin finish 600 grit + green compound and WD40 as a lube backed with aluminum block polishing in one direction. Step 2. Will be 800+green compound.

When Step2. is completed, I will finish the scales and sharpen the blade.

See... Now if you took your Fighting 9 and piggybacked that together....its like a dream come true!

Some side by side pictures of the two brothers side by side in the future please Hawk ;) Masterpieces brother!

Interesting idea. The BK 7, 9, and 14 will all pose together when little brother gets his scales. Perhaps the other modifieds will show up.

Glad you decided to strip it. Looks killer. Some of you guys are really good at sanding. I've been sanding on my Brute for days, and doesn't look anything like that, haha.

That's by far one of the best looking 14's I've ever seen. I admire your work, hawkhead.

Absolutely beautiful. I never really got the hang of sanding beautifully. I always leave dumb marks, etc.

Notice is says ESEE on it not Becker.
The shape was wrong so I looked a bit closer. :)

That's the Esee side. The other side had the Becker logo. Dex has already pointed that out. The ghost of the laser etch shows slightly although it cannot be felt. I have reshaped, stripped and satin polished my BK14.

Looking so damn good!! I think I might have to borrow some of your idea's for the 14 I'm working on. lol

Can't wait to see it with the scales!! Nice work Hawk!

I took the polish to 1500+green compound. There are no tool marks on the blade or edges. Next stop Micartaville for pins and scales.
