Damascote handle yes, with maybe black wood ferule. The Damascus was a gift from Dennis.

For the FC, I used a short piece of PVC pipe, ~8" or so, put an end cap on the bottom, then a threaded fitting with screw cap on the other. Hose clamp it to a stand made of 2x4's or what ever you like. Then keep your mix in there, unscrew cap when you are ready to use. Works a treat, and no metal contact or corrosion.
