Awesome! LMK if you're nearby and have any time to meet up for lunch, my treat. My office is near I-25 and Evans.Keep your eyes open for Ashley trucks in the near future and don't cut me off. I'll be in Colorado for a few weeks it seems.
I'll let you know. Most of my off time is at I76 and E 88th in Henderson. Some days I end early. If I know in advance I'll be in touch.Awesome! LMK if you're nearby and have any time to meet up for lunch, my treat. My office is near I-25 and Evans.
Had lunch today with Tim of the Tim Knotts Knives type and was given the coolest knife that has ever existed in history... period.
Check out that freaking shield...

The peach seed jigging on the bone is insane, straight out of a century ago. My favorite blade and pattern along with two features that I really like, a long straight pull and banded bolsters. The Cowbell shield is icing on the cake. A beautiful knife and an absolute prized possession. Thanks Tim!
Ha, good job taking notes over the years on my favorite features, you nailed it.Thanks John! It was a pleasure to make. I didn't realize how often I pester you with questions, suggestions or progress pics until I couldn't send them lol.
It quite simply doesn't get better than that.
Beautiful work, Tim.
By the way, growing up in SoCal, I can't look at that handle and not think of Knott's Berry Farm and their incredible Boysenberries.
Haven't been there since the early early 80's but I still remember their boysenberry syrup! It quite simply doesn't get better than that.
