What Im saying is if someone does buy their knives how about we don't go and judge them as well.
Doesn't mean they are any less moral than the rest of us.
No, but they should know any potential issues there are with a brand. Is there doubt that the knives are made in the U.S.A. There is a strong possibility. Is there a doubt that they took Warren Thomas' designs with compensating him or asking permission? There is NO doubt on that issue.

Considering your take on another company I'm surprised you're for more transparency.

Agreed, actually surprising the strider guys are in here bad mouthing the quartermaster guys. Bunch of hypocrites.

It's not Strider, at least as far as I'm aware.

Ha! Just went back and read page 9...guess I was wrong about that.

THE MR ROPER KNIVES ARE NOT EVEN QUARTERMASTER KNIVES, THEY STOLE THE DESIGN, including the GTC Airborne and others. STOLE IT. MADE IT IN CHINA, STAMPED AND ADVERTISED AS MADE IN USA. stole someones design for their own profit.

the video is so funny. they dont even show a knife being built, just them flipping a knife, freshly delivered from Asia. how dumb do they think people are? i think people see and hear the truth they would be extremely offended to have their fake product, sold because of lies.

if the product is so good, why the lies? heck, might want to just buy a knife from WE Knives instead of through a scammer with shell businesses that lie about everything.

You mean the machine shop that they tried to pass off as their own and they forgot to scrub the geo-tag off the picture?

Are you also forgetting the invoice for completed knives from China?

Or the fact that no one has ever been to their factory before?

Or that you can purchase 150k followers on social media for a few hundred bucks?

Or that fact that they still steal designs?

MRBS (ceramic even!), a ceramic detent ball, and milled pockets in the titanium to cut weight! Milled pockets in the blade for the bearings, and steel inserts on the handles for the bearings. Seriously, these are features knives at $300 don't have. That is crazy.

Those bearings look familiar... Oh wait...

I don't own any Quartermasters. Don't plan on. Just found this... interesting...

I think too many here are stuck in quartermaster threads from 2013. Not meaning just you, of course, but just the general jist of the thread. This video is on right on their main page... They produced it, I think because of many of the questions brought up in this thread.

The video doesn't show anything; the way it's shot and edited is comically misleading, as if it was made to dupe the audience. :D

C'mon, show us a forklift or something!

At this point after 4 years of this, all they'd need to do is show us the claimed factory. It would be as easy as this......

I didn't say all knives. ZT, Benchmade, CRK, Kizer, or Lionsteel, None of them offer MRBS to my knowledge. Unless you mean the bearings themselves, then damn those look identical.

Yeah, I meant they look identical. From a well known Chinese manufacturer.

Seems like the site goes down once or twice a week now.
And just to throw out I don't support quartermaster and yes.. what they claim smells funny.
I dont understand how they haven't been audited or found out by now if indeed the knives are
made in China.

Why shouldn't I judge them? I won't push them down in the mud and steal their shiny new toys, but you can damn sure bet I'll point out their toys are the product of misrepresentation, outright lies and blatant douchebaggery. If you don't care about that, that's fine, but yeah, I'm sure as hell gonna judge you for it. Not silently, either.

After they got the knives from China, they took them apart, put them in all the drawers and reassembled them :D

I mentioned this before, and I will mention it again. The shipment manifests show dozens of knives, not hundreds or thousands. It is way less than Quartermaster would possibly need to keep supply to all of the vendors that sell them. There are other explicitly Chinese made knife brands that share that address, and they could easily account for those knives.

Good grief, you'll convince no one. So far only you and one other person support them here.

What exactly are trying to accomplish?

lol you might as well change your name to Jarad. There is so much evidence its not only just that. why cant you see any of it?

at this point you are just trying to convince yourself its not real.

You're right, halfassed and clearly incomplete evidence is all one needs. The suspect has an account deposit of $40, clearly he was paid to murder his wife! Throw him in prison!

A few knives from China when Chinese origin companies share the same roof is hardly final nail in the coffin evidence. It's a stretch at best.

I've got no dog in this fight, but I've found it interesting none the less. I've done a bit of importing, and the thing that jumped out to me were the weights next to the small numbers. Those are not individual knives, but master boxes in the shipment if on a single pallet. Or possibly number of pallets. I'm pretty sure 26 knives don't weigh 1,000 Kg. Just sayin'.:confused:
