Queen Cutlery

Still sceptical here...but I don't mind changing my mind later. So these are Moore Maker knives with Queen shields and etches? The first knife shown is hefty, well I'd describe it as obese, those huge Stag slabs and the liner lock tab- unlike on original Queen knives is large and obtrusive. That in the pocket and hand might be unwelcome, pity the presenter doesn't know what the blades are...it looks Drop-Point to me not kinda Clip point.

Waiting for smaller patterns, they might be more interesting.

Trappers from the Queen have always been thin and elegant.
So far it looks more like a Rough Rider than a Queen.

Mine are due to to be delivered today so will update on fit and finish. The liner lock from reviews is quite large it's definitely not a traditional trapper but the others look fairly spot on.

I wouldn't disagree with the more of a Rough Ryder look to them though.

Can’t help but wonder if it’s not that blue grass cutlery or whatever the name is, out of Ohio that bought up many old brands. The company that makes the weed knives lol.
Although the prices are below the weed knives and the large trappers look better made based on the stock pictures.
The pics of the regular trappers look pretty bad IMO.

Cooper Cutlery that's a possibility, I would think it would be Bear and Son.

Cooper Cutlery and their various brands are actually pretty good, don't care for the weed knives but their battle axe brand is pretty well done.

I'm sold. Very nice fit and finish and the stag is done really well, the walk and talk is just ok not a hard pull by any means and perfect centering on all the blades and no blade rap or rub.

The stag looks nice on those. That large trapper is THICC! I’m looking forward to seeing where this line goes.

Supposedly they will have more coming around Christmas time I believe.

The locking trapper is definitely stout it's quite large, the regular trapper seems to be on par with most trappers maybe a tad thicker.

The large trapper looks very nice, that huge liner lock though! That would be getting ground down ASAP.
Yes Cooper cutlery is who I was referring to.
Never made any sense to me having their first releases adorned with pot leaves, I just can’t see many traditional knife fans being the target audience for anything emblazoned with marijuana symbols 🤦‍♂️.

Im younger than most here and I don’t want that on my knife.

Bear and sons is a possibility, but the quality looks to be better than what I’m accustomed to seeing come from them.

The blade grinds and polish on that regular trapper do look very rough Ryder to my eye. The Chinese knives made there just have a style about them.

Owning a few Rough Ryder's I can say they are quite different in back springs and the bolsters are different, quality wise it seems to be on par with Rough Ryder Reserve Line.

I busted out my some of my ax brands and I gotta say the back springs and lines are more similar. You might just be correct that Cooper is making these.

Can I ask you to take photographs in hand? In the fist and on the palm?
