Question about scales

I have often wondered about spa or pimpage as my Shiv is a beater.

I don't like to do spa work or pimping because we have a backlog of regular work that needs done and there's always the risk of ruining somebody's irreplaceable knife. so folks sending knives in because they have small little scuffs here and there get them sent back. But if it's already beat to hell, what the hell why not...

Photo was taken at a time when I had the most number of fighters, and couldn't get them all into one shot very well. That shot was for handles only, actually. I have images of the same set-up showing the full length of the knives. And about half of those knives reside elsewhere by now.

EDIT: ..AND it's a lousy image, too, lol.
