Rally 'Round the Ram Horn!

Thanks, Will, the Pataud has the quintessential ram's horn bark with translucense-- nice piece.

Many thanks Jeff, they do a very good knife indeed, lot of handle choices, sizes and carbon ,Sandvik or Damascus for the blade.

I agree with the others...nice looking covers. I didn't realize the variety of colors and textures that rams horn provides. I would love to see a few GEC's with ram's horn covers. Perhaps a SFO in ram's horn for 2015!

Here's one of my favorite mods, it was part of my epic GAW a while back.

And a similar one I did...

I've never paid much attention to ram's horn before this thread, it's really neat. I had no idea it had that translucent character.

What a coincidence! I just pulled the trigger on a used Ontario/RAT Railsplitter and now this thread gets revived. Really looking forward to seeing those ram horn covers in person.

Here's my attempt at keeping this thread alive. I had no Idea there were so many variations of Rams Horn.

Nice interior RH on these last 2 !!!

Man, I need some Ram horn now. Seems like it would be more durable than bone or stag. Anyone know?

Here is my Kissing Krane ram's horn stockman. It's pretty nice for a cheap knife.
