I believe it's in the Torreon land grant which is about 60 minutes from Albuquerque out on the 337 highway!...I'll let you know if I need any help after said deal is done someone asked how close could I be to a deal if I didn't know how many bedroom the house is !... but I'm more interested in the property then the house but the house has one bedroom and a 2nd floor loft that's about 10 ft by 15 ft that could double as a bedroom so if I choose to stay in the house I can or I could save up and build or even buy a prefabricated house and put it on a new foundation (maybe a prefabricated house made for the winters of Montana,Wyoming,Nebraska etc) they should be plenty insolated for new mexico winters lol

This made me wonder whether simply waving a CPK under the nose of someone in dire medical straits might take the place of a portable defibrillator.
