"Say hello to my little friend!"
Looks like an effective weed control strategy.

That happened to a buddy and me years ago when we were up x-c skiing / winter camping up in the high peaks region of the Adirondacks. Got back to his VW and found the window shattered. Fortunately, we had little to lose at the time and not much of value was taken. It was infuriating, (and cold on the 300 mile ride home).

Should have called a cop.

(sorry could not resist, sucks of course)

Which hardware do yall think looks best with the Tri-Rag scales on my new UF2? I think they all look good, but I'm leaning toward the turned silver.

Edited: I think the scales look better in these photos under a LED light with no flash on a black background.

We had to put Sully down today. First and last pictures I took of him. He was my buddy on walks every morning no matter the weather and lay on my feet in my home office all through COVID. He was my son Andy’s best friend, who he would whisper secrets to when he was having a bad day, my son Jack’s playmate, always patient with him even when Jack clocked him in the head with a wooden dump truck, and loved and tolerated by my son Eddie and my other dog Mo. It is too soon to say goodbye and I’m immensely sad.

The loss of a cherished pet is like the loss of a close family member. There are no words for times like these. My sympathies to you and your family.

Dating and dating sites s*ck at 71! :(

Dumped my GF of 15 years because she wanted to be a live in nanny for her daughter and 2 grandchildren. No time left for us.

Even my sister (81; grandmother to 5 and great grand ma to 1) thinks that was dumb. Dated a few women already who ranged from crazy to indifferent. A waste of time & $.

Taking a break from that and am shopping for a new (used) sport touring bike which, if I buy one, I may drive to SLC for the 2022 Blade Show West in Oct for my 72nd b-day.

PS: Not looking for "sympathy" or advice. Just venting. Losing a loyal family dog is much worse than trying to "date" again at 71.
